PAT, or
Portable Appliance Testing, is undertaken to the “Code of
practice for in-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical
Equipment, 2001". Test results are recorded manually and
electronically and reproduced as certificates and issued to
client. "Pass” or “Fail” stickers are also used to identify
tested equipment.
Pricing is
often based on the number and type of equipment to be tested.
